The present general conditions of sale are applicable to the sale of all frames sales by MyOptical sas (registration to Camera di commercio n.1899390, legal headquarter in Milano 20144 via Coluccio Salutati,7) through the present Web site. The present general conditions of sale take precedence over all other sales conditions.

In consequence, the simple fact of ordering a product offered for sale on the present web site implies your unreserved and full acceptance of the present general conditions of sale, of which you recognise having been made aware prior to placing the order. You certify that you have full legal capacity to commit yourself under the present general conditions of sale. MyOptical sas reserves the right to modify the present general conditions of sale at any time and without notice.

2.PRICES

The sale prices listed on www.opticalvintage.com are in Euros and with all Italian taxes included(VAT),shipmet to extra-EU countries have taxfree price, unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs are shown to User during his choice of products and are billed to him at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected item. You will notice that for the European Union prices appear in Euros on the website but also in in dollar if required, not that it has any contractual value.MyOptical sas refuses any liability for any errors or inaccuracies in the conversion system used, nor any differences that might occur between the total estimated value of your order and the billing amount, which will be calculated by your back, according with daily exchange rate. We reserve ourselves the right to change our prices at any time but we are committed to apply the prices in force that were indicated on the website at the time of your order.

Informations are criptated by a 128 bit (SSL) cryptography system that prevents third parts to use them and are sent directly to the bank, even the staff of Opticalvintage.com can decrypt them.

Choosing payment by credit card the registered person of the order is allowed to receive the goods to a different address from the previous one.
In some cases with troubles the financial institution that emitted the card will be asked to verify the validity of the card itself. Such activity takes approximately 5 workdays. After those, in case of success, the delivery will be made. Opticalvintage.com reserves the faculty to demand via fax a valid document in order to speed the controls up.

The debit of the due amount will happen at the shipment date of the goods and not on the date of the order.

When paying by bank transfer the goods will be sent only once a verified accredit on our bank account.

The cause to write down bank transfer has to indicate: the number of the order, the name and the last name of ordering people.
As far as bank system works, the amount is accredited on the c/c of the beneficiary not before 3/5 workdays since the date it's realized.
Before paying, you are require to contact the Customer Service in order to verify the presence of the items you are interested in.
If within 8/10 days since the order we will not receive the payment, the order will be eliminated.

4. SHIPPING AND HANDLING 

Shipment costs depends on quantity of frames ordered and country of destination.
Our courrier is UPS,you can check prices during order form compilation.

The above tariffs do not include the custom duties applied to extra-EU countries. 

OpticalVintage.con takes a couple of workday for finding the goods, packaging, and the accomplishment of burocratic practicals. At those days you have to add the time taken by the courier for the delivery, times and ways may vary depending on the destination of shipment. Time of delivery does not include Saturday, Sunday and high days.

5. WARRANTY 

All Optical Vintage frames have a guarantee which attests their authenticity. Every pair of glasses is a unique and original piece of epoch. Any imperfection in the frame colour and materials is therefore to be considered integral part of the product history and it represents a further guarantee of the authenticity of the product itself. 

The two-year material defect warranty prescribed by European Union cannot be sustained by Optical Vintage.com, since the offered merchandise consists exclusively of items at least ten or more years old. Therefore they cannot be considered (in spite of their being never worn) as factory new merchandise. The warranty is therefore limited to twelve months. 

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

OpticalVintage.com offers the guarantee to be refundend when not satisfied. If you are not satisfied with the received frame, you will be allowed to send them back. You will be refunded as determined by current laws. Italian law (D.Lgs.n° 185/99) grant 10 days in order to use the right of withdrawal. Obtaining guarantee is simple, it's enough to follow the following procedure:

• Send an emali to info@opticalvintage.com we will provide a return code and return direction.
• Please also send one registered letter A/R within 10 days from the reception of the goods to the address: MyOptical sas Viale Corsica,24 20133 Milano Italy
• Products must be sent back integral,and with an accurate packaging.
• Shipment fees for given back items are on the customer.
• Attention, products sent after the terms to our warehouse lacking in requirement won't be refunded.
• In order to use right of withdrawal you will have to choose among one of the following possibilities:
  • 1)Distribution of credit note: that you are asked to use within a year after its emission or it will be nullified
  • 2)Substitution of the goods according to stock
  • 3)Refund of money refund on credit card if used to pay please indicate a checking or postal account CIN code, ABI code, CAB code, Account number, Holder; refund concerns the price of the product and shipment fees and will be realized within 30 days from the reception of the given back goods. The only fees on the customer are those relative to send back of the goods)
• The goods once reached our warehouse, will come examined in order to estimate eventual damages not deriving from the transport.
• Restitution goods
  In all cases of restitution of the goods, transport fees are on the Customer. Except for the restitution of defective goods in which case fees are on OpticalVintage.com
